What you want to know before buying
Can guests book directly on the website?
Yes, a booking system with real-time availability can be connected as an add-on for an extra fee. Most properties do not need it: enquiries by form, phone or WhatsApp are enough for many, and if you already have a system we link to it.
We have several room types or apartments. Does that work?
Yes. With up to 25 pages there is room for each room type or apartment on its own page, plus location, surroundings and contact.
What is included in the price?
A multi-page website with up to 25 pages, design and build, search engine basics, local and AI visibility, a contact form with call and WhatsApp buttons, a quality check before delivery and three rounds of revisions. Hosting is not included and is optional.
What do you check before delivery?
Every website goes through a quality check: layout on phone, tablet and desktop, load time, all links and buttons, the contact form and the legal pages. Only then do we send you the preview.
What do I need to get started?
Your logo, your colors if you have them, and bullet points about your business and services. You can upload images. We turn your bullet points into the page texts.
How long until my website is ready?
You get your preview within 5 working days after your brief is complete.
Do I have to book hosting with you?
No. Hosting is an optional subscription you can cancel monthly. If you prefer to run your site elsewhere, we hand it over so you can move it.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. If you already have a domain, we connect it to your new site. You can add a new domain with us after the briefing (you are the owner and see the yearly price upfront) or buy it from a provider of your choice. Its cost is not part of the website price.
What if I do not like the preview?
You collect your change requests and we apply them until the website matches your briefing. That is our 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the preview, beyond the three rounds of revisions. If we fail to deliver, you get your money back.
What if I need more than 25 pages?
Write us at [email protected]. For larger websites we make you a separate offer.
How do payment and invoicing work?
You pay at checkout with our payment partner Stripe. Prices are net, and Stripe calculates VAT from your country and VAT ID: in Germany 19% is added, businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID pay without VAT (reverse charge). You receive the invoice by email.
How does the fixed price come about?
Because we skip sales, quotes and long feedback loops and build every website with the same fixed process. That saves time and keeps the price predictable. We do not save on quality: every website goes through a quality check before delivery.
